Thank you for choosing me to be your medium! It is important for you to know how I work, as all mediums work a little differently. Spirit will pull images, thoughts, smells, emotions, etc. from my mind, like a database – and use this information to help me understand their messages.

The information will not come through in perfect, exact sentences, but rather like pieces of a puzzle. I don’t want you to force the pieces together, but you must understand that some pieces will not/may not make sense right now. It doesn’t mean they don’t fit – they just don’t seem to fit right now…and that’s okay.

For instance, sometimes names sound alike: Robby, Bobby, etc. If I am close to a name you recognize, please let me know, but don’t just shout out names. Give the Spirit Person time to get the message through. If a name comes through, please note that it may not be a person who has passed, but someone who is still living. (How wonderful!)

Please note that I will not relay any ‘scary’ or ‘bad’ messages. However, sometimes we hear what we need…not what we want. Be open to who chooses to come through and what they want to share. If you only want to hear from one specific Spirit Person and you want them to provide you with one specific piece of evidence, you may be disappointed. We’re not in charge of Spirit. And that may not be the spirit who chooses to come through today.

The structure of your reading will look something like this…

1.      During the session I may not look at you because I don’t want to be influenced by your facial expressions or body language. I may have my eyes closed at times and I will probably be scribbling on a notepad.

2.      I do want to hear your voice to stay connected. Please let me know right away when something resonates with you – acknowledging what Spirit is saying is encouraging to them to keep the line of communication open.

3.    I have no control over who comes through with a message – but only messages with your highest good will get through. Please release expectations, so that you can appreciate the information you do receive.

4.      If time permits, you may ask about your life issues – and whether spirit can guide you or offer you a perspective.

5.      Keep your ‘story’ to yourself. The less I know about you up front, the better!

6.      I will not over-interpret. I will simply repeat to you what I’m hearing, seeing, feeling, etc., so that when you reflect back, you will be assured that you have connected with Spirit.

Terms & Conditions

All appointments are by phone or video chat (unless otherwise agreed upon by me) and run for about 45 minutes. Prior to our appointment, I will send you a link to my online meeting platform, riverside.fm. You will not need to download anything, just click the link.

I am in Arizona, GMT (Mountain Standard Time), so appointment times that I send you will be offered in GMT.

To have your appointment added to my calendar, please submit payment in full via Venmo or PayPal to @riannemaldonado. If you would prefer me to send you an invoice, please let me know, but keep in mind that your appointment is not fully scheduled until the payment is received.

I do not issue refunds, however, if I don’t make contact with Spirit within 10 minutes, I will reschedule your appointment one time.

If you do not show for your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late, your payment will be forfeited and you will need to reschedule and pay for a new appointment.
